May 2013 ATC - Sneak

April is a layback month for me. I have temporarily stopped updating my project life for a moment. Thankfully, I am still taking photos and jotting down the happenings on papers.

I am still on track for artistic trading cards. I guess deadlines work for me. The theme for May is twines, hosted by Karen. I don't have a lot of twines at home. Just have to make do with it.

Shall start to think about the design soon with my limited mojo and twines. ;)

January ATC - Group Reveal

In the past, I was unsure the usefulness of the washi tapes that I saw at the scrapbooking stores. I dare not buy too many in case they are white elephant in my drawer. After I knew a group of scrappers in facebook, I realised that there are so many useful things I can do with washis...

Funny thing is that I don't seem to be able to finish one single roll since the day I bought my first roll. Do you have this problem like me?

As mentioned from my previous post, here are the other Jan ATCs designs that I have received from my group. (Theme - Washi Tapes)

 Hope you like them too.

January Artistic Trading Card Design Reveal

Hot weather almost every day. Luckily the night is cooling, else I can get insane. My creative juice ran out and absolutely no mood to scrapbook, update my project life for March and sew. I only can wish for the rain to appear and cool my body.

Today I received my overdue January ATCs in my mailbox. I am so happy and can't wait to show you my design.

The theme was Washi Tapes, hosted by Li Rong. I took out all my number tapes and pasted on a black cardstock.

Then I did some stamping with Paper Smooches's stamps and coloured with my copic markers and distress inks. I also added a felt apple next to the worm.

Will share the group's design in the next post. :)

April ATC Sneak

Finally, it is April. A counting down period and mixture of feelings inside me now. ;)

But of course, I have not forgotten about the April Artistic Trading Cards that I joined. This month, the theme is "clock/time", hosted by Stacy. I finished all the 9 ATCs and posted to her before I get real busy.

Here is a sneak of what I used. This patterned paper is from Kaisercraft.

Hope I can share more of my earlier batches of ATCs soon cos I have not received them.

Till then.
